How much does Eagle Pest Service Control Service Cost?

Pricing depends on the job, the size of your house, apartment, or basement apartment, and what we have to do.

We might have to cover holes or large gaps, put in bait stations (especially if you have kids and pets), and set traps.

We need to look at the problem, develop a plan, and take it from there. If you agree to the price, we’ll do it; if not, we won’t.

An initial Inspection is $185-190.00

The base cost, for example, for an apartment dealing with roaches or mice, is around $185-190.00.

But ultimately, we’ll have to get there and assess the extent of damage the insects or rodents caused or how infested the place is.

Every call is different and requires different work, so the cost will change.

Our exterminator prices are very reasonable. We can discuss pricing with the customer. It depends on the situation.

We don’t use pest control chemicals on wildlife. We use cages to catch wildlife and then release them.

I’ll tell a customer what needs to be done and the best way to go about it, but it’s up to them; they’re the boss!

Usually, we come every 30 days or provide monthly maintenance.

Safety & Preparation

Yes! Our main goal is safety first. We use many eco-friendly products, such as those used in hospitals and around patients.

We would use a particular bait or gel with newborn babies. With pest control, it depends on what products you use.

It’s all common sense and depends on the pest.

For example, if we’re handling a roach infestation, the best thing to do before we get there is to empty your cabinets and everything else, so we can spray or gel inside properly.

If we’re dealing with bed bugs, remove all bed sheets, strip everything down, put them in bags, and take them out for dry cleaning.

There are many different pesticides used.

It depends on the situation and the type of pest we are dealing with, and then we decide on the best and most effective option to use.

Extermination Process & Expectations

You need at least 2-3 weeks to see what’s going on, and if it’s very bad, we might have to come back every two weeks.

Usually, a customer will see good results in a couple of weeks.

Services can take anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour. It really depends on how many holes, the work we’re doing, how many rooms or buildings, etc. Each job is different.

For safety reasons, it’s good for the customer to be home. We prefer to show them what we’re planning to do, then point out the work we did later.

Customers can also wait outside while we work.

Everything will remain under control.

If you let it go for a month or two months, everything goes back to the way it was, and you have to start from square one again.

We give a two-month guarantee.

Payment is very simple. There are many different ways. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, check, and credit cards.

We advise our customers to use cash, Zelle, or Cash App because there is a tax and a 4% fee on top of the credit card payment. But they can pay however they want.

We usually respond within an hour or an hour and 20 minutes, depending on how far the customer lives.

Travel could be two hours if they live further out. We offer 24/7 pest control.
